The Multiservice range stands out for the high reliability of its components and its versatility of application.
The versions from two to six pump-motor units are equipped with switches on the control panel for the exclusion of one or more units in case of maintenance; this allows operators to use the other motor-pump unit without having to stop the cleaning task, which is crucial especially in the agri-food industry.
These are robust high-pressure cleaners, designed to last over time as they have an epoxy powder coated steel base and AISI 304 stainless steel closing panels. Versions with a full stainless steel body are available on request.
The Multiservice multi-pump range has no plastic body parts that can quickly become brittle or discoloured.

Heavy duty motors
The electric motors offer high performance by stabilising the operating temperature at constant values for unlimited use thanks to heavy duty.
Professional heavy-duty pumps
The 3 ceramic piston inline pumps are largely oversized, allowing only partial use of the maximum pressure for which they were designed.
This feature, together with that of the heavy duty electric motors, allows the Multiservice high pressure washers to operate without cooling pauses.
The motor-pump coupling is not direct, but is made by means of a flexible coupling, so that in the event of a failure of the coupling system, the intervention will be minor and quick, and not with the prospect of major component replacement.
Advanced security systems
Multiservice high-pressure cleaners are equipped with a solid, specifically designed electronic board that manages machine functions and all signalling.
The control panel indicates operating data and possible warnings. The operator is always in control of the status of the machine, being able to check the working hours of each pump-motor unit, which of the two units has been activated, any anomalies in the external high-pressure circuit, and many other signals.
A key feature of the work management of the pump-motor units is the equal distribution of the working hours: the electronic board will always start the unit with the fewest working hours first.

The Multiservice cold-water high pressure multi-pump washing plant, located in a technical room, supply a high-pressure water network that connects the machine to the washing locations.

Numerous versions are available, including: HT models, designed specifically for use with hot water up to 85°C; models with pumps and high and low pressure circuits in AISI 316 stainless steel specifically for the agri-food industry; models equipped with a balanced electronic pump start/stop control system for fair distribution of work times; models with frequency converter, for distribution of the total flow rate among several operators with gradual start-up.

The high pressure washers in the Multiservice range are designed for long working shifts and are equipped with switches dedicated to the exclusion of one or more pump-motor units so that ordinary and extraordinary maintenance operations can be carried out without interrupting the washing cycles.
In order to optimise the operation of large flow rate models and avoid the risk of cavitation of the pumps, it is advisable to ensure correct feeding by combining the washing unit with a feed pump system, equipped with a suitably sized stainless steel tank.
An frequency inverter is an electronic device that varies the rotation speed of electric motors.
It is able to maintain a constant pressure and flow rate as required on each occasion.
Every start-up or change in speed is gradual in order to avoid water hammering both in the machine and in the hydraulic circuit.
It drastically reduces electricity consumption, as the motors do not constantly absorb all the available power, but only that determined by the variation of revolutions required each time.
In order to maintain perfect cooling, the electric motors are equipped with additional fans that maintain constant ventilation even at low speeds. An additional fan is fitted to remove the heated air from inside.
